GSA, Region 10, has a known need to replace the roofing assembly to eliminate water infiltration in a portion of the existing structure in accordance with the statement of work (SOW). The area of work is limited to the southern section of the roof, over Bays F&G. GSA requires that a comprehensive solution is provided by the Contractor ensuring a 10-year warranty lifespan. This effort will satisfy the owner's requirements and timeline continued operation and use over the next 10 years.

The period of performance is two hundred sixty (260) calendar days from the Notice to Proceed (NTP) to Substantial Completion and thirty (30) calendar days from Substantial Completion to Final Completion, for a total period of performance of two hundred ninety (290) calendar days.

Pre-Proposal Site Visit

A pre-proposal site walk is planned for June 28, 2024 at 10:00 AM PST and will be annotated in the solicitation.
