Multi-Award Blanket Purchase Agreement for Multi Function Devices

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has a requirement to establish a Multi-Award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). This Request for Proposals (RFP) is prepared in accordance with FAR 8.405 and solicits proposals from Offerors under the General Service Administration (GSA), Multiple Award Schedule (MAS), Copiers and Digital Duplicating Equipment, Small Business (SB) contract holders. The Government anticipates a Firm-Fixed Price. The anticipated period of performance is a twelve (12) month base period with Four (4) twelve (12) month option periods.
