Msc Usns Grasp Mooring Lines

Background
The Military Sealift Command (MSC) is issuing this solicitation for the procurement of mooring lines for the USNS Grasp (T-ARS 51). The MSC's mission is to provide ocean transportation and logistics support to the Navy and other government agencies. This contract aims to acquire specific commercial items that meet the operational requirements of the USNS Grasp.

Work Details
The contract includes the following item:
- CLIN 0001: P/N GOV-RO-0002-0031 FUSION-X™ Mooring Lines
- Quantity: 2 EA
- Specifications:
- 12 Strand Fusion, 2.0" diameter, 6.0" circumference, 600' long
- Includes a 6' long Cordura covered eye at each end with two 10' Cordura sliders at each end
- Minimum Breaking Strength (MBS) of 165,000 lbs
- Line must include ID tag and Certificate of Compliance (COC)
- Additional requirements include wood packaging and DOD unique identification, which are not separately priced. Shipping terms are FOB Destination.

Period of Performance
Delivery and acceptance of the items are required by September 30, 2025.

Place of Performance
Delivery will occur at MSFSC BATS Warehouse, located at 9284 Balboa Avenue, San Diego, CA 92123.
