Work Details
The contractor shall provide instructor-led training for the following courses:
1. Microsoft Word 2016 Basic Training for 20 participants covering fundamentals such as document creation, formatting, graphics insertion, tables management, and saving documents.
2. Microsoft Word 2016 Advanced Training for 20 participants focusing on advanced formatting, document management, references usage, and mailings.
3. Microsoft Excel 2016 Basic Training for 20 participants including workbook basics, data entry shortcuts, charts creation, and managing workbooks.
4. Microsoft Excel 2016 Advanced Training for 20 participants covering logical functions, advanced formulas, importing/exporting data, and macros.
5. Microsoft PowerPoint 2016 Basic Training for 20 participants covering presentation creation and formatting slides.
6. Microsoft PowerPoint 2016 Advanced Training for 20 participants focusing on animations and sharing presentations.
7. Microsoft Access 2016 Basic Training for 20 participants covering database creation and management.
8. Microsoft Access 2016 Advanced Training for 20 participants including advanced form design and database security measures.
The contractor must provide a meeting room within a ten-mile radius of Newport News VA with necessary equipment and materials for each course.
