Medical Simulation Training Centers, Camp Williams UT and Papago Park Military Reservation, AZ

Background
The Health Readiness Contracting Office (HRCO) is conducting a Request for Information (RFI) to gather insights on industry capabilities and interest regarding the establishment of Medical Simulation Training Centers (MSTC) at Camp Williams, Utah, and Papago Park Military Reservation, Arizona.

The goal of this initiative is to provide recertification training for Army Medics (68W) and enhance training capabilities for medics, combat life savers, and non-medical personnel. This RFI serves as part of a government market research effort and does not indicate an intention to contract at this time.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing professional installation services to establish MSTCs at both specified locations. Key tasks include:
- conducting site surveys;
- designing system layouts;
- procuring necessary equipment;
- integrating systems;
- producing the MSTC setup;
- performing Government-witnessed MSTC Acceptance Tests (MAT);
- delivering and installing the MSTC system;
- providing New Equipment Training (NET) for personnel at both Camp Williams and Papago Park.

The contractor's efforts will focus on creating a training capability that meets the objectives set forth by the U.S. Army Program Executive Office Simulation, Training, and Instrumentation (PEO STRI) Product Manager for Medical Simulation.
