Maintenance and Repair of Hologic Mammography System at Brian D. Allgood Army Community Hospital, Camp Humphreys, South Korea   2

The Medical Readiness Contracting Office Pacific intends to issue a sole source solicitation for a non-personal service contract for on-site maintenance and repair services for the Government-owned Hologic Mammography System at Brian D. Allgood Army Community Hospital, Camp Humphreys, South Korea. Services to include all labor, travel, tools, hardware, firmware, materials, supplies, parts and test, measurement, and diagnostic equipment (TMDE) in accordance with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) specifications.

The anticipated period of performance consists of a base period plus four option periods with performance commencing in January 2024. FAR 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services, is applicable to this prospective contract.

The proposed acquisition will be sole sourced to Hologic Korea, a branch of Hologic, Inc., as they are the only authorized service provider for Hologic Mammography Systems in South Korea. This notice is neither a request for quotes nor a solicitation of offers; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
