Attachment 1 - Past Performance Worksheet loaded, under Attachments.

Amendment 01 - FAR Provision 52.212-1 Addendum has been updated. Amendment 01 must be signed and included in any quote package submitted.

Amendment 02 - updates the following:

1. Provide Questions and Answers;

2. Update Wage Determination on reference to WD 1995-0584, Revision 52;

3. Update CLINs 0006, 1006, 2006, 3006, and 4006 billing poundage to billing monthly;

4. Update PWS section 1.3;

5. Update PWS section 10.2; and

6. Updatd Offer Due Date of 25 September 2022 at 12:00 p.m. (PDT).

Amendment 03 provides follow-up questions and answers.

Amendment 04 - updates the following:

1. Provide a clean Performance Work Statement (PWS) iwthout editing remarks;

2. Update section 4.8 (Item 0006) Storage, of the PWS to end with the words "...bill by day."; and

3. Extend the Offer Due Date, stated in box 8, from Sunday, 25 September 2022, at 12:00 p.m. (PDT), to Thursday, 29 September 2022, at 10:00 a.m. (PDT).

All SF30 Amendment forms must be signed and included with quote submissions.

Attached solicitation is for Unit Deployment Program Storage Services. for the Distribution Management Office, Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, CA. The Contractor shall furnish all personnel, management, transportation, material, parts, supplies, and equipment for the packing and storage of personal effects for deploying service members. The geographical area covers Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, California. The Contractor shall perform in accordance with this Performance Work Statement.
