Background
The General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking to lease office space in the Central Business District of Omaha and within the city limits of LaVista, Nebraska. The lease will be for a full term of 7 years, with a firm term of 5 years. The space must meet government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards. Additionally, the space cannot be collocated with Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), and no underground or below first floor space will be considered.

Work Details
The offered space must meet specific requirements including fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards.
