of FAR 13.106-1(b), only one source capable of meeting the Government's requirement.
FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, and FAR part 12, Acquisition of
Commercial items, apply. The applicable NAICS Code is 334290, Other Communications
Equipment Manufacturing, and the business size standard is 800 (of employees)
employees. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any responsible
source believing that it can fulfill the requirement may submit a quote which may be
considered by the Government. Questions by phone or fax will not be considered.
