KeyTrak System Support and Maintenance Services   2

Background
The Department of Defense, through the Washington Headquarters Services (WHS), Acquisition Directorate (AD), and Enterprise Facilities Construction Division (EFCD), is seeking to contract for KeyTrak System Support and Maintenance Services. This contract aims to renew the annual support service agreement for the KeyTrak Key Control System utilized at various locations within the Raven Rock Mountain Complex (RRMC). The primary goal is to ensure effective access and key control for security purposes.

Work Details
The contractor will provide comprehensive maintenance services for all hardware and software associated with the KeyTrak System, which includes Smart Panels, computers, hard drives, touchscreens, proximity readers, fingerprint scanners, and other related equipment. The contractor is responsible for performing preventative maintenance as well as corrective repairs on the KeyTrak systems. Additionally, they must develop and maintain a quality control program to ensure compliance with performance standards outlined in the contract.

The contractor will also be accountable for providing all necessary personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and non-personal services required to fulfill these tasks.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is set for one base year followed by four option years. The initial base year will commence on May 5, 2025, and conclude on May 4, 2026.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the Raven Rock Mountain Complex located at 9200 Amber Drive, Fort Detrick MD 21702.
