The solicitation number for this request for proposal (RFP) is 2032H5-23-R-00001. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-08. A detailed performance work statement, breakdown of requirements, clauses and provisions are found in the attached RFP.
