THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NON-COMPETITIVE NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A CONTRACT OR PURCHASE ORDER WITHOUT PROVIDING FOR FULL OR OPEN COMPETITION (INCLUDING BRAND-NAME).

The National Center for Advancing Translational Sciences (NCATS) intends to negotiate and award a purchase order without providing for full and open competition (including brand name) to Sampled, 30 Knightsbridge Road, Bldg. 3, Piscataway, NJ 08854-8009 for iPSC cell lines.

Background
The National Center for Advancing Translational Sciences (NCATS) intends to negotiate and award a purchase order without providing for full and open competition (including brand name) to Sampled, 30 Knightsbridge Road, Bldg. 3, Piscataway, NJ 08854-8009 for iPSC cell lines. The cell lines of interest are developed through NIH Regenerative Medicine program and are only available through Rutgers/NINDS repository.

Work Details
The Stem Cell Translation Laboratory (STCL) in the National Center for Advancing Translational Sciences (NCATS) at the National Institutes of Health (NIH) requires 13 Research Grade iPSC lines and 1 GMP grade research cell line to replenish the iPS cell banks at NCATS. Delivery shall take place within thirty days after receipt of order.
