Background
The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) is seeking contractors to provide services for the Inventor's Assistance Center (IAC). The mission of the IAC is to assist inventors in navigating the patent process and to provide resources and support for innovation. This contract aims to enhance the capabilities of the IAC by ensuring effective communication, reporting, and compliance with relevant regulations.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for several key tasks including:

1. Attending a kickoff meeting with the Contracting Officer (CO), Contracting Officer Representative (COR), and other designated points of contact within ten (10) business days after contract award to discuss technical and contract objectives.

2. Keeping detailed meeting minutes that include action items, which must be forwarded to the CO and COR within two (2) business days after the meeting.

3. Delivering a UCCMS Call Log by the 10th of every month or upon request from the Government POC.

4. Submitting monthly and ad hoc reports by the 10th of every month.

5. Providing an Alternate Worksite Agreement by the 10th business day following contract start and employee onboarding at USPTO.

6. Delivering Kickoff Meeting Minutes within two (2) business days after the kickoff meeting is held. All deliverables must comply with Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at locations designated by USPTO, including but not limited to their headquarters.
