Information Technology Service Management Process Owner Support

The United States Marine Corps (USMC) Program Executive Office Digital / Marine Corps Systems Command Information Technology Contracting Center (PEO Digital / MCSC ITCC) is planning to release a Request for Proposal for a commercial non-personal services contract under the GSA 8(a) STARS III Government Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) platform in FY23 Q3. ITCC intends to execute a competitive 8(a) Small Business set aside for a commercial non-personal services contract to provide Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) Process Owner Support. These services include, but are not limited to, Strategy Generation Management, Business Relationship Management, Service Portfolio Management, Financial Management, Demand Management, Service Catalog Management, Design Coordination, Supplier Management, Information Security Management, IT Service Continuity Management, Availability Management, Capacity Management, Service Level Management, Transition Planning & Support, Release & Deployment Management, Change Evaluation, Service Validation and Testing, Asset Management, Configuration Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management, Problem Management, Access Management, Event Management, Incident Management, and Request Fulfillment. This notice includes the Draft PWS and CDRLs for the ITSM Process Owner Support planned future solicitation. The intent of this notice is to establish interested parties able to meet MCSC requirements for ITSM Process Owner Support. The interested parties who respond to this notice will be emailed the formal solicitation upon its release. The formal solicitation WILL NOT be posted on any public forum.
