Description

This solicitation serves as an announcement of the forthcoming acquisition:
The U.S. General Services Administration, Public Buildings Service, Region 7 intends to solicit proposals for
Custodial Services in Houston, TX.
Offerors will be expected to provide all management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies, tools, equipment and
subcontracts necessary to provide Custodial Services, and related services described within the property line of the
following locations.

CUSTODIAL SERVICES REQUIREMENTS:

William P. Hobby Airport 7800 Airport Blvd., Houston, TX 77061

Houston (TSA) Airport Custodial Services

In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 19.15, this potential acquisition is 100% Small
Businesses. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is
561720, Janitorial Services and the small business size standard is $19.5 Million. All firms or individuals responding
must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) www.sam.gov.

The solicitation number is 47PH0222R0013. The period of performance consists of a one-year (1) base period plus
four (4) one-year option periods to begin on or about July 1, 2023. NOTE: The solicitation will include FAR 52.217-8,
Option to Extend Services, which would allow the government to extend the period of performance and additional 6
months, if necessary.

The pre-proposal conference/site visit information and the deadline for questions will be noted in the solicitation. The solicitation and subsequent amendments will only be publicized through Contract Opportunities at www.SAM.gov.
Contractors are solely responsible for monitoring the internet to download the solicitation and any subsequent
amendments. Paper copies of the solicitation and any subsequent amendments will not be provided under any
circumstances. The current contract is due to expire June 30, 2023.
