HNJ Lundy Conference Room A/V Upgrade

***6 MARCH 2023: STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW) AND PROPOSAL DUE DATE UPDATE***

Proposals due date extended to 24 March 2023, @ 12PM EST

Please note the SOW was updated from it's original version to incorporate the following changes:

Additions to the Scope:

Para 1 The system must be capable of displaying two systems at the same time

Para 4 A mirrored control panel with the abilities to move throughout the room via a cable tether for no less than 30 feet and reach the back center of the auditorium floor shall be included.

Para 8 These microphones must provide complete coverage of the Lundy Auditorium

The ability to filter out background noise captured by the microphones must be built into the AV system.

Added Para 9 The ability to mute/unmute the audience separately from the auditorium floor must be present.

Added Para 11 An HDMI patch panel must be installed in the Lundy conference room on the wall with the screen with no less than three HDMI ports. This patch panel must lead back to the communication room.

Deletions from the Scope:

Para 4 control panel must be installed on the table next to the primary display screen

Para 8 drop-ceiling (microphones)

Installation requirements for two (2) projectors, Audio Visual (AV) system and associated equipment, ceiling mounted speakers, and required cabling in the Lundy Conference Room located in Bldg. 1614 on Hanscom Air Force Base, 11 Barksdale Street, Hanscom AFB, MA 01731.
