HD Flex CystoNephro Videoscope Lease/Service Agreement

Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs - Network Contracting Office 17 is seeking to establish a lease and service agreement for HD Flex CystoNephro Videoscope equipment. This requirement is a follow-on contract intended for the South Texas Veterans Health Care System, located at 7400 Merton Minter, San Antonio, TX 78229. The goal of this contract is to ensure the availability of necessary equipment for Urology procedures in accordance with VHA National Standardization of Urology Scopes Directive.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide leased HD Flex CystoNephro Videoscopes and a full maintenance service agreement that includes: delivery, unpacking, and installation of the equipment during normal business hours; comprehensive service coverage with no cap including accidental damage; priority access to temporary loaner units while servicing; next day shipping in both directions at no extra charge; 24/7 technical support; online repair tracking and history; periodic and on-demand training and support; full access to preventative maintenance and educational courses; and administrative support on weekdays from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. EST. The contractor must also ensure compatibility with existing government-owned equipment.
