This is a solicitation notice for the procurement of the annual inspection of 118 Amerex Halonwheeled fire extinguishers in accordance with applicable Performance Work Statement (PWS), T.O.'s and NFPA standards as a 100% small business set aside requirement. FOB destination is Tinker AFB OK.

Any questions related to this Solicitation need to be submitted in writing two (2) days prior to the closing date stated on page 1 of the Solicitation.

Quotes will be accepted on or before the closing date stated on page 1 of the solicitation.

When returning this Standard form 1449, please complete the following:

1. Please complete Company Information (Name & Address) and CAGE Code in Block 17a.

2. Please wet sign, put the name and title of signer, and date signed in blocks 30a., 30b., and 30c.
respectively.

3. Please insert pricing on Page 3 along with net amount & delivery times

4. Please complete information in all Fill-in provisions and clauses, especially:

a. FAR 52.212-3 (when applicable)
b. FAR 52.225-18
c. FAR 52.204-24
d. FAR 52.204-26

5. Please provide a written statement to explain how your company is going to meet the technical evaluation criteria listed in FAR Clause 52.212-2.

Background
This is a solicitation notice for the procurement of the annual inspection of 118 Amerex Halon wheeled fire extinguishers in accordance with applicable Performance Work Statement (PWS), T.O.'s and NFPA standards as a 100% small business set aside requirement. FOB destination is Tinker AFB OK.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, test equipment, material, parts, and quality control, transportation and inspection manuals necessary to perform the Inspection of the Halon Bottle, located at Oklahoma City–Air Logistics Complex (OC-ALC). The equipment is listed in Appendix A. The work shall be performed according to the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) Standard 10, Technical Order 13F4-4-121, DAFMAN 91-203, FED REG, Title 29 Section 1910. The contractor must be an authorized Department of Transportation (DOT) cylinder requalifier and must be authorized to test low pressure cylinders. All maintenance, servicing, recharging, and repairs shall be performed by trained and certified personnel having available the appropriate servicing manual(s) (Technical Order 13F4-4-121). Contractor Must Also be an Authorized Amerex service provider.

Period of Performance
The contract will cover the annual inspection of 118 Amerex Halon wheeled fire extinguishers which are due for annual inspection and expire on October 31, 2023.

Place of Performance
The geographic location for performance is Tinker AFB.
