GSA Federal Acquisition Service Invoice & Billing Requirement - Market Research

The General Services Administration (GSA) Federal Acquisition Service is seeking invoice and billing support for the Invoice and Billing Support Branch (IBS) in Atlanta, GA. The contractor will be responsible for inputting and processing financial data used for inventory administration, vendor charges, and billing of federal agency customers throughout the Continental United States and its territories. The work will involve using various financial systems such as TOPS, Pegasys, TIM, Business Objects, and VITAP. The contract has a one-year base period with two option periods.

The GSA Enterprise Technology Solutions (ETS) provides voice, data, and video telecommunications products and services to federal agencies. The ETS programs include Networx, CONNECTIONS II (CNX II), Enterprise Mobility, Enterprise Infrastructure Solutions (EIS), Satellite Communications (SATCOM) Products and Services, Washington Interagency Telecommunications System (WITS 3), and Local Service Agreements (LSAs) and the Full Service Program. These programs provide comprehensive telecommunications services to federal departments and agencies across the United States.

The contractor will be responsible for various tasks related to financial support for the IBS. This includes accurately entering financial data into systems such as TOPS, Pegasys, TIM, Business Objects, and VITAP. They will also be involved in reconciling accounts, preparing financial spreadsheets, conducting research on payment status and customer billings, and developing procedures for invoice management. The contractor will work closely with the IBS team lead and other government personnel to ensure accurate and timely processing of financial data.
