Background
The purpose of this solicitation is to procure Grounds Maintenance Services in support of the 99th Readiness Division. The services will be performed at the Lewisburg Armed Forces Reserve Center (AFRC), located at 90 Liberty Valley Rd, Danville, PA 17821. This contract aims to maintain healthy grass, trees, shrubs, and plants while presenting a clean, neat, and professional appearance.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all personnel, supplies, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, transportation and other items necessary for grounds maintenance services as specified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The contractor is responsible for maintaining effective quality control to ensure compliance with contract requirements.

Services include mowing, edging, trimming, spring/fall cleanup, weeding/plant bed maintenance, pruning/trimming, and retention pond maintenance. The contractor must conduct business between 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM on weekdays and is prohibited from working during federal holidays unless prior approval is obtained.

Period of Performance
The period of performance shall be for one base year and four twelve-month option periods. The contractor shall commence work within 7 calendar days after notice of contract award.
