THE ENCLOSED BOOKLET OF Argonne Representations and Certifications (ANL-70B) is included as part of this request and must be completed, signed and returned with your quotation.

The attached RFP/RFQ and only Argonne Terms and Conditions will govern any resultant order.

Provide the following with your quotation:

  1. Signed Page one of the RFQ (ANL-70).
  2. Completed Representations and Certifications (ANL-70B).
  3. Provide a published price list or a redacted invoice showing pricing for the quoted, to prove price reasonableness.
  4. Verify the country of origin.
  5. Are these shipping domestically?
  6. Confirm lead time.
  7. Are there any available discounts for DOE or does this order fall under GSA contract pricing (if yes, please include contract # and expiration date)?
Background
The solicitation is issued by UChicago Argonne, LLC, which operates the Argonne National Laboratory. The purpose of this contract is to procure a FlashSmartCHNS Analyzer and its components, including installation services. This acquisition supports the laboratory's mission to advance scientific research and technology development.

Work Details
The contractor is required to supply the following items:
1. **FlashSmartCHNS Analyzer** (Model: 112-061-15) - 1 Each
- Thermo Scientific FlashSmartCHNS Analyzer, Single EA Furnace Base Unit, MAS Plus 32 Position Autosampler, EagerSmart Data Handling Software Kit for Minimum 1,000 CHNS Analyses, Installation, Training, and a 12-Month Warranty with a 15-Year Parts Warranty on Furnaces and Detector.

2. **Instrument Control System** (Model: CE-EAPC) - 1 Each
- Mid Tower with Intel Dual Core CPU, 8 GB RAM, 500 GB HD, DVD RW CDROM, LCD Monitor, USB Keyboard, USB Mouse, Windows Operating System (EagerSmart Installed and Tested).

3. **MAS Plus Sample Drum #2** (Model: BRE0035244) - 1 Each
- Sample Drum #2 (33-63 positions).

4. **MAS Plus Sample Drum #3** (Model: BRE0035245) - 1 Each
- Sample Drum #3 (64-94 positions).

5. **MAS Plus Sample Drum #4** (Model: BRE0035246) - 1 Each
- Sample Drum #4 (95-125 positions).

6. **Gas Connection Kit** (Model: 777-200-09) - 1 Each
- Includes two-stage cylinder regulators for helium and oxygen, all tubing and fittings required for connection to the FlashSmart EA.

7. **Mettler WXTS3DU Comparator Microbalance** (Model: 432-300-86) - 1 Each
- Readability of 0.001 mg / 0.01 mg; Repeatability of 0.0008 mg at 200 mg; Weighing capacity of 1.2 g at 0.001 mg and 3.2 g at 0.01 mg; Automatic weight transfer via RS232 Interface.

8. **MASPlus Complete Piston** (Model: BRE0032652) - 1 Each.

Delivery will take place at Argonne National Laboratory located at BLDG. 201 OCF, 9700 S. Cass Ave., Lemont, IL.
