Fire Suppression Services - Wet Chemical

Background
The contract is issued by the 325th Civil Engineer Squadron at Tyndall Air Force Base, Florida. The mission of the agency involves ensuring safety and compliance in fire suppression systems. The goal of this contract is to provide comprehensive inspection, testing, recharging, and maintenance services for installed wet chemical fire extinguishing systems to ensure they function effectively and meet regulatory standards.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all personnel, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, supervision, and all other items necessary to perform operations related to the inspection, testing, recharging, and maintenance of installed wet chemical fire extinguishing systems. The contractor must be trained and certified in the maintenance of each pre-engineered fire suppression system according to the manufacturer's installation and maintenance manual and must be licensed as required by Florida Statutes (Title XXXVII, Section 633, Rule 69A-21). Payment will only be made for actual services performed that are approved by the government. The contractor is responsible for maintaining accurate records for all installed systems which must include all information required in referenced publications listed in the performance work statement (PWS). Estimated quantities of work are detailed in Appendix E1.
