FBI Quantico Job Order Contract (JOC) PHASE 1 SOLICITATION NOTICE   2

This is a PHASE 1 SOLICITATION notice to notify all Socio-Economic Small Business companies that the FBI has a requirement for continued Job Order Contract (JOC) services to support Quantico, Virginia.

PRIME CONTRACTOR MUST BE WITHIN A 60 MILE RADIUS OF FBI COMPLEX, QUANTICO, VIRGINIA.

This acquisition is a competitive local small business set-aside limited to businesses within a 60-mile radius of FBI Complex Quantico, VA (57 Bureau Parkway, Stafford, VA 22135). Interested offers must have an office within a 60 mile radius of FBI Complex Quantico for a minimum of one year to be considered for award.

The total amount of this contract is not-to-exceed a monetary amountof $43,100,000 or a total term of 5 years (as extended through the exercise ofoptions), whichever is reached first.

Questions in response to this solicitation are due no later than 2:00pm EST on May 10, 2022 (please refer to Attachment H Questions Template) . All questions shall be submitted via email and only to the points of contact (POCs) noted below. It is the offeror's responsibility to confirm receipt.

Phase 1 Proposals are due electronically to the FBI by May 31, 2022, 5:00pm EST. Hand carried proposals are not permitted at this facility. Early submissions are encouraged. The Government will begin validating proposals as they are received.

Basis for Selection to Phase II

Offerors are encouraged to put forth their best effort for Phase I to allow the evaluation team to determine their potential performance capabilities. Offerors should not assume they will have an opportunity to clarify or correct anything in their proposal. Based on the submitted proposals, the Contracting Officer exercising prudent business judgment, intends to select no more than five (5) of the most highly qualified Offerors to short list for Phase II.
