Of do we need cut and mark out and area? And if so, what is the acreage that need to be cleared? Chip all brush, limbs and fallen trees to include material over 55 in diameter staged in the worksite. I was contacted about bidding on a project and given your contact information, when would be a time we could meet to look at the site location? As listed on the Solicitation, a site visit was performed on 4/30/2025 at 10:30am. Contractors are welcome to view the property on their own. I was wondering if we could get an extension on the following solicitation. All quotes are due on 5/9/2025. Please be sure to include pictures of the equipment to be used for this project. Would it be possible to visit the above-mentioned site this coming Thursday April 17 in the late afternoon? A site visit was performed on 4/30/2025 at 10:30am. Contractors are welcome to view the property on their own. Is there an incumbent? What is the final pricing? How can we schedule a site visit? How big in diameter are the trees? This is a new requirement, there is no incumbent. Final pricing will be determined once the contract is awarded. Contractors are welcome to view the property on their own. Is it possible to see this now? Contractors are welcome to view the property on their own. Is there any incumbent/recompete or this is a brand-new project? If yes, could you please provide us with their award number or even if the customer bought similar services in the past. There is no incumbent. I would like to receive some more details pertaining to this Solicitation please. Please review Solicitation for additional details of requirement. When reviewing the posted solicitation I did notice some date discrepancies. Firstly, the response date is currently listed as May 09, but in the body of the solicitation the start date for work to commence is May 05. Additionally, the site visit is listed as April 30 at 10:30 AM. Could you please confirm if that date is correct as well as when the period of work will be? The previous amendment extended the closing date to May 9, 2025 at 4:00pm EST. The period of performance will take place once the contract is awarded.
