Industry Day Notice: F-5 TACTICAL OPERATIONAL FLIGHT TRAINERS (TOFT)

The Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD) intends to utilize a competitive award process under the Training Systems Contract (TSC) IV Multiple Award Contract (MAC) for a procurement and concurrency update of the F-5N, 2F213A, Tactical Operational Flight Trainer (TOFT) at Naval Air Station (NAS) Key West, Florida, Joint Reserve Base (JRB) New Orleans, LA and Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Yuma, AZ. One device at NAS Key West will be upgraded with a glass cockpit and advanced avionics and the two new devices will be procured and installed at JRB New Orleans and MCAS Yuma. This requirement is set-aside for small business via the TSC IV contractors.
