Special Notice #4 / Third e-Industry Day - Questions and Answers

TSA hosted a Third e-Industry Day on August 2, 2021 for the Electronic Baggage Screening Program (EBSP) Explosive Detection Systems (EDS) Competitive Procurement 2 (CP2) Qualification Product List (QPL) for EDS Functional Categories Type I (FC1) and Type II (FC2). Attachment #4 includes all questions and answers that resulted from that e-Industry Day. No additional questions will be answered/posted as a result of the industry day.

The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) Acquisition Program Management (APM) office will be hosting a Third e-Industry Day on August 3, 2021 for the Electronic Baggage Screening Program (EBSP) Explosive Detection Systems (EDS) Competitive Procurement 2 (CP2) Qualification Product List (QPL) for EDS Functional Categories Type I (FC1) and Type II (FC2). Please see Attachment 3, for further information. Note: If you attended the recent e-Industry Days on 8/24/2020 and/or 01/19/21, you are still required to register for this new e-Industry Day event.

Registration for e-Industry Day is due by July 16, 2021 at 5:00 PM EDT via email to EBSPIndustryDay@tsa.dhs.gov.

Sensitive Security Information (SSI) vetting request is due by July 24, 2020 via email to EBSPIndustryDay@tsa.dhs.gov and RFP.Access@tsa.dhs.gov per the instructions in Attachment 1.

Registration for e-Industry Day is due by July 31, 2020 at 5:00 PM EDT via email to EBSPIndustryDay@tsa.dhs.gov.

E-Industry day will be held on August 17, 2020 for selected participants.
