Enterprise Platform for Integrated Citizen Development (EPIC)

This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) issued in accordance with FAR 8.405-2 Ordering Procedures for Services Requiring a Statement of Work. The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), Office of Information Technology (OIT), Systems Delivery Division (SDD) is requesting quotes from companies awarded a General Services Administration (GSA) Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) under the Information Technology Category, IT Professional Services Special Item Number (SIN 54151S). DHS, USCIS, OIT, SDD is seeking development and technical services to support the Salesforce/Tableau, UI Path, and ServiceNow platforms (the "Platforms"). This RFQ is a single solicitation from which multiple task order type contracts will be awarded upon the terms set forth later herein. The deadline for questions to this solicitation is December 30, 2022 by 12:00 pm, Eastern-Standard-Time. This is a partial set-aside procurement; Pool 1 is unrestricted, and Pool 2 is set aside for small business. Offerors responding to Pool 2 must re-represent and recertify that at the time of their initial task order quote submission, they are a small business in accordance with the NAICS Code and small business size standard applied for this requirement.
