Background
The Defense Health Agency (DHA) is seeking a comprehensive commercial-off-the-shelf Clinical and Dental Drug and Pharmacology Database. This resource is essential for providing drug reference information, guidance, and considerations to healthcare professionals within the Department of Defense (DoD) and Military Health System (MHS).

The goal of this contract is to ensure that clinicians have access to accurate and up-to-date drug information necessary for prescribing, ordering, dispensing, or administering medications across various settings including military treatment facilities and operational environments.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide a comprehensive Clinical and Dental Drug and Pharmacology Database that includes:
- Drug reference information for substances used in the U.S. and abroad, supporting adult, geriatric, pediatric, and neonatal patients.
- Pharmacotherapeutic considerations tailored to specific patient populations.
- Hyperlinks to PubMed records for references.
- Recommendations based on the latest evidence with clear indications of the last update or review date on all drug information pages.
- Infectious disease reference information.
- Separate patient medication handouts specifically for pediatric populations.
- The contractor must also deliver Contract Data Requirements List (CDRLs) as specified in Attachment 2.

Period of Performance
The contract will have a base year from August 1, 2025, to July 31, 2026, with four option years extending through July 31, 2030, plus a six-month extension period.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at the vendor’s facilities.
