The United States Department of State's Foreign Service Institute (FSI) is seeking a service contractor to provide facility maintenance hands-on proficiency training for facility management staff, technicians, and locally employed staff (LES) from embassies worldwide. The training will include a combination of classroom, lecture, self-study, and hands-on training to allow students to operate and troubleshoot actual equipment. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, supplies, tools, materials, and equipment necessary for the training. The training will cover topics such as HVAC control principles, building automation systems (BAS), HVAC fundamentals, and electric power generation fundamentals.

The acquisition will be awarded through a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA), which establishes the terms and conditions applicable to future purchases.
