DOD Navy IT Research and Advisory Subscription - MRAS

Purchase Agency: PEO(CS) and COMFRC Digital and Analytics Groups
Reason for Purchase: The purchase is intended to provide IT leadership with specific, consolidated, fact-based, objective IT research material and advice. This will enable PEO CS and COMFRC Digital and Analytics Groups to maintain current IT services and adapt to the rapidly evolving IT landscape.
Work to be Acquired: The contractor will provide a subscription-based service that includes access to an extensive database of research documents, toolkits, templates, webinars, and peer forums specific to IT operations, strategy, innovation, and business value with a federal government perspective. The contractor will also provide a dedicated service delivery team, subject matter experts, and analysts to support the objectives of PEO CS and COMFRC Digital and Analytics Groups.
Timeframe of Acquisition: The period of performance for this contract is from September 30, 2023, to September 29, 2024.
Place of Performance/Delivery: The on-site work will be performed at NAVAIR/COMFRC HQ in Patuxent River, MD. There may be alternate places of performance in cases of unforeseen conditions or contingencies.
Notable Information: The contractor must have experience advising DOD, civilian, and commercial CIOs. They must provide unlimited inquiry access to expert IT analysts specialized in specific fields. The contractor must also provide an IT research database, toolkits, and metrics that are timely and relevant to PEO CS and COMFRC Digital and Analytics Groups. Additionally, the contractor must provide access to annual IT compensation data for insight into the competitive staffing market conditions. Security requirements include proof of citizenship for contractor personnel and compliance with information security protocols for handling controlled unclassified information (CUI) and classified information.
