DHS Modeling, Simulation and Training (MS&T) for DHS Technology Center

The DHS S&T Modeling and Simulation Technology Center (MS-TC) is seeking modeling, simulation, and training (MS&T) services to support multiple organizations within the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and other government agencies. The purpose of this task order is to establish a broad scope of work that will allow MS-TC to procure solutions and subject matter expertise needed for current and future requirements. The contractor will provide a wide variety of services, including augmented reality and virtual reality, immersive visualization, predictive modeling using AI/ML, serious gaming, and prototype development of simulation systems. The work will support research and development efforts, as well as specific mission and capability support programs.

Timeframe: The task order has a period of performance of 24 months.

Place of Performance/Delivery: The work will be performed at the DHS S&T MS-TC in Region 2 with assisted acquisition expertise.

Notable Information: The contractor will support MS-TC in developing cross-cutting technical solutions for challenging DHS mission needs and component requirements. They will also conduct law enforcement research in coordination with the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC). Additionally, the contractor will assist in organizing the DHS Modeling and Simulation Community of Interest and maintain relationships with international modeling, simulation, and training programs. Regular progress reviews and reports will be conducted throughout the duration of the task order.
