Description

VISN 20 is comprised of 8 primary medical center campuses as well as numerous smaller community-based outpatient clinics spread throughout Alaska, Idaho, Oregon, and Washington. Every site has a varying requirement for a town hall video and telephone service to engage with veterans, employee, and stakeholders. At a minimum of two town hall events must occur outside of regular VA business hours (0800-1630 PST) each year. VISN 20 is searching for vendors with the capability to provide all the facilities within VISN 20 an online Veteran and employee town hall engagement platform with integrated Telephony that allows Executive Leaders to continuously receive input from the Veterans and employees and provide feedback on an expedited basis using Software as a Service delivery model. Utilization of push/pull technology for a town hall platform will allow organizational leaders to conduct regular real-time crowdsourcing with groups of Veterans and employees and receive their direct input and insights for continuous process enhancement. The information system solution shall comply with Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA). The Contractor shall comply with FedRAMP requirements as mandated by Federal laws and policies, including making available any documentation, physical access, and logical access needed to support this requirement. All interested responsible sources shall submit a brief summary of their capabilities to this office by 1:00 p.m. MST on Friday, December 9, 2022, to include a detailed description of the firm s experience in tele-town hall services, UEI (Unique Entity Identifier) number, name and phone number of a point of contact in case further information is needed. Additionally, all vendors shall have a BAA (Business Associate Agreement) on file or agree to partner with VISN 20 in a BAA. Summaries shall be submitted via email to Amy.Kuczajda@va.gov. This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes to determine availability of qualified vendors and does not constitute a solicitation. All information received in response to this RFI that is marked as proprietary will be handled accordingly. The procurement will be competed under NACIS 541519. Please note that this is not a request for proposal and the Government is seeking information for market research purposes only. The Government may or may not issue solicitation documents, however; vendor can look for any further information in sam.gov. Telephone inquiries will not be returned.
