Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) Solution Replacement

The Florida Department of Financial Services (Department) is seeking to replace its current customer relationship management system (CRM) solution with a modern solution to increase efficiencies and operational processes while aligning with the Department's strategic objectives. The Department requests an implementation services Contractor who can implement the cloud-based CRM solution along with any identified optional services, products, or modules, at the Department's discretion. The Contractor shall provide staff, tools, templates, methods and frameworks, mentoring and training, and other capabilities to deliver the services required to make sure the implementation of the CRM solution is successful.
