Custodial and Janitorial Services for Defense Information Systems Agency Pacific (DISA PAC), Building 77   2

Background
The Defense Information Systems Agency Pacific (DISA PAC) requires custodial and janitorial services for Building 77 located at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam (JBPHH), Hawaii. This contract aims to establish a dedicated, performance-based custodial service to ensure reliable, high-quality cleaning that supports mission readiness, personnel health, and facility operations. The current cleaning services have been inconsistent and do not meet the required standards for cleanliness and sanitation. This solicitation is not a follow-on to an existing contract but a new requirement.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, materials, and supplies necessary to perform custodial services at DISA PAC Building 77, which encompasses approximately 54,300 square feet including administrative offices, restrooms, breakrooms, hallways, stairwells, and common areas. Services include:

1. Daily Cleaning Services (Monday-Friday):
- Trash removal from restrooms, administrative areas, conference rooms, private offices, workspaces, kitchens, and breakrooms.
- Cleaning and sanitation of restrooms.
- Office and workspace cleaning.
- Floor care including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
- Breakroom and kitchen cleaning.

2. Weekly Cleaning Services: Once per week cleaning tasks as outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).

3. Monthly Cleaning Services: Once per month cleaning tasks as outlined in the PWS.

4. Semi-Annual Deep Cleaning: Twice per year deep cleaning services as outlined in the PWS.

5. Surge Custodial Services: Additional support for special events or inspections upon government request.

Bidder Requirements
This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. Contractors must provide proof of insurance including worker's compensation and employer's liability coverage of at least $100,000; general liability coverage of at least $500,000 per occurrence; and automobile liability coverage of at least $200,000 per person and $500,000 per occurrence for bodily injury.
