Close Combat Tactical Trainer (CCTT) Post Deployment Software Support (PDSS)

AMENDMENT 0004 TO FINAL SOLICITATION
March 3, 2017

This amendment to the Final Solicitation is issued to:

1. Provide clarification to Referenced: Solicitation 1 Attachment 10 - Cost-Price-BaseIDIQ-Workbook dated January 24, 2017, Instructions tab, which states, "Labor Costs proposed on the Labor Costs Tab should equal the labor reported under the CLIN Summary."

Clarification: If the labor proposed on the Labor Costs Tab is associated with a Cost Reimbursable type CLIN, than those labor costs should equal the labor reported under the CLIN Summary Tab.

For example: CLIN 0005 is a Cost Plus Fixed Fee Labor CLIN. The labor costs illustrated on the CLIN Summary Tab for CLIN 0005 should equal the labor costs reported on the Labor Costs Tab for CLIN 0005.

If the Labor costs (CLIN Summary Tab) for CLIN 0005 are $100, then the labor costs (Labor Costs Tab) for CLIN 0005 should also be $100.

2. Provide clarification to Referenced: Solicitation FINAL Amendment 3 dated February 16, 2017, Section L.5.4. Section 4 - Acknowledgement of Amendments to the Solicitation, which states, "Offerors' shall provide a statement acknowledging reviewing and understanding of all amendments to the solicitation".

Clarification: Offerors' shall provide a statement acknowledging reviewing and understanding of all amendments to the solicitation posted on January 24, 2017.

For example: Offerors' shall provide a statement acknowledging, Amendment 1, posted January 25, 2017; Amendment 2, posted January 26, 2017; Amendment 3, posted February 16, 2017; Amendment 4, posted March 3, 2017; etc.
3. Remind potential offerors' that the Proposal Submission date is Wednesday, 8 March 2017 at 10:00 AM Eastern Standard Time (EST).
