Description

Camp Murray, WA requires the cleaning and servicing of the HVAC Boiler system in building 101 with the option of adding the HVAC Boiler systems in buildings 855 and 109 in accordance with Statement of Work (SOW) dated 7 July 2022 for Project ETRD 222608.

A site visit will be conducted on 16 Aug 2022 at Camp Murray 2:00 PM local time. You must register with 194.WG.FAL.MSC.Contracting@us.af.mil by end of the day 15 Aug 2022 to attend.

Background
The solicitation is for the cleaning and servicing of the HVAC Boiler system in buildings 101, 855, and 109 at Camp Murray, WA. The solicitation is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in subpart 12.6. The acquisition is under code 238220 with an annual revenue not to exceed $16.5M. The contract will be awarded as a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract to a qualified Total Small Business deemed responsive under Part 13.

Work Details
The work includes draining and flushing both the heating and chilled water systems with fresh water, removing bad glycol, cleaning all strainers, adding inhibited propylene glycol to achieve the desired freeze point, treating the system with a non-chromate corrosion inhibitor, and checking the pH and adjusting if necessary.
The period of performance for each building varies from 90 days to 360 days from the date of award.
