Cellebrite Forensic Software for Digital Laboratory

Background
The National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) is a vital institution in the country's efforts to eradicate corruption. Established in 2014, NABU operates as an independent law enforcement agency, with the mandate to investigate and prosecute high-level corruption cases. To effectively fulfill its duties, NABU must be equipped with the necessary resources, including digital forensic IT equipment and software. In recognition of the importance of NABU's mission, the Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL) has provided support to enhance the institutional capacity of NABU's Digital Forensic Lab. The INL is now offering assistance to support NABU in acquiring new software and renewing existing licenses for its forensic software. This action will significantly enhance NABU's ability to carry out investigations and prosecute corruption cases, thereby furthering the goal of combating corruption in Ukraine.

Work Details
A contractor is needed to upgrade the Cellebrite software licenses used by the NABU Forensic Lab. This includes updating existing licenses and trade-in of the UFED Touch 2 to Touch 3. The upgraded software will help NABU effectively investigate and prosecute corruption cases.
The specific products required include:
- Cellebrite Digital Collector Software Renewal for 12 months
- Cellebrite UFED 4PC Ultimate Software Renewal for 12 months
- Cellebrite UFED Touch2 Ultimate Software Renewal for 12 months
- Trade in from UFED Touch 2 to Touch 3
- Cellebrite Responder Physical Extraction Software Renewal for 12 months.

Period of Performance
The delivery shall be made within 60 calendar days from the date of award.

Place of Performance
The requested items must be delivered to the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine at 3 Surykova St., Kyiv, Ukraine, 03035.
