The Saint Paul district (MVP) of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) uses CCure 9000 v2.7 system, running on a virtual Windows Server 2019 system as our access control system. MVP needs to award a contract for a vendor to provide a Card Enrollment System for card validation and enrollment of the TAC, PIV, and other FIPS 201 compliant credentials that currently exist on our CCure 9000 v2.7 system while maintaining the existing FIPS 140-2 credentials already present on the system for backwards compatibility.

4/12/23 - amended to remove small business set aside and to extend the due dates for quotes.

4/26/23 - amended to extend the due date for quotes

5/1/23 - amended to answer questions from industry
