CCTV System Upgrade

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

The Request for Quotation (RFQ) number W50S7522Q0028 shall be used to reference any written quote provided under this RFQ.

The RFQ document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-07; Effective 10-Aug-22.

This is a set-aside for 100% small business set-aside.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 561621 with a size standard of $22M.

The purpose of this combined synopsis and solicitations for the purchase and upgrade of the existing CCTV system at Channel Islands Air National Guard Station, Port Hueneme, CA 93041.

The 146th Security Forces Squadron (146 SFS) has a requirement for upgrading its existing installation surveillance system. The 146 SFS's existing surveillance client is Symphony v7.3 with approximately 60 cameras installed at various locations within Channel Islands Air National Guard Station. The contractor shall upgrade the existing software to its latest version to include all configuration, testing, and other services to provide an operational surveillance system to 146 SFS. The contractor shall provide six (6) IP cameras, 2019 NDAA compliant, to replace inoperable ones to include installation, configuration, testing, and all other services to provide 146 SFS full surveillance capabilities. The contractor shall provide two (2) 43 LED monitors to include installation. The
contractor shall also provide operator viewing capabilities at the Guard Shack with the same client.
