The Massachusetts Air National Guard has a requirement for a Catering Services. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, parts, personnel, equipment, and transportation necessary to perform all operations to provide and serve catered meals as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) dated 12 December 2024.

Background
The Massachusetts Air National Guard requires catering services to support its operations at Barnes Air National Guard Base in Westfield, MA. The goal of this contract is to provide all necessary labor, materials, parts, personnel, equipment, and transportation to deliver catered meals as outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) dated 12 December 2024.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide catering services in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Specific tasks include:
- Providing catered meals as specified in PWS paragraph 1.1.3.2 for the base period from February 2025 through January 2026 (CLIN 0001).
- Option periods for additional catering services include:
- Option Period One (CLIN 1001): February 2026 through January 2027.
- Option Period Two (CLIN 2001): February 2027 through January 2028.
- Option Period Three (CLIN 3001): February 2028 through January 2029.
- Option Period Four (CLIN 4001): February 2029 through January 2030.
- An extension option for up to six months (CLIN 5001).

The contractor must also submit a narrative demonstrating their capacity to meet the requirements outlined in the PWS and provide at least two examples of relevant past performance within the last five years.

Period of Performance
The anticipated period of performance for this contract is from February 1, 2025, through January 31, 2030, with options for extensions as specified.
