Background
The solicitation is for a non-personal service contract to provide catered/cafeteria type meals, specifically breakfast and dinner, to 1,857 Soldiers at the Dona Ana Training Complex. The need for this service arises from the mobilization load surge period exceeding the lodging capacity at McGregor Base Camp, requiring the 44TH Infantry Brigade Combat Team (IBCT) to be moved to Dona Ana Range Complex for Post Mobilization training.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide hot meals to soldiers in Building 8153 at the Dona Ana Training Complex during breakfast hours of 0530-0730 and dinner hours of 1700-1930 daily. All meals must be prepared using contractor-provided equipment and facilities. The contractor is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining a Quality Control Plan (QCP) and program to ensure all work complies with the contract requirements. Additionally, the contractor must implement and maintain an Operations Security (OPSEC) program for preventing the disclosure of critical information or sensitive information which could jeopardize the ability to execute its mission or adequately protect personnel and/or equipment.

Period of Performance
The contract period of performance is from January 25, 2024, through March 23, 2024.

Place of Performance
The work under this contract can be performed at the contractor's location or training site field environment at Dona Ana Range Complex.
