This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

Competitive quotes are being requested under solicitation number W912HZ20N7830. This Request for Quote (RFQ) is a 100% set aside for small businesses. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NACIS) code for the procurement is 333517 and the Small Business size standard is 500 employees.

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineer (USACE), Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC) Contracting Office (ECO) has a brand name requirement and intends to make contract award pursuant to the authority of FAR 13.106, Soliciting Competition, Evaluation of Quotations or Offers, Award and Documentation, to procure Brand Name Thermwood Three Axis CNC Router.

The Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC), Contracting Office, is requesting quotes in response to this Request for Quote (RFQ) in accordance with the attached Specifications for the purchase and delivery of one (1) NEW Thermwood Multi- Purpose M63-510 large bed, three-axis Computer Numerical Control (CNC) router.
