Brand name procurement of Hewlitt Packard (HP) t740 Thin Clients, Dell Wyze 5070, and Allied Telesis
AT-2914SX/LC Fiber Network Card, to support multiple PMW 790 Resilient Network programs and
installations. This procurement will be awarded as a firm-fixed-price, commercial, Indefinite-Delivery
Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract to an authorized reseller of HP, Dell, and Allied Telesis Fiber,
the original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) of the respective components. The contract will be a firmfixed
price IDIQ contract, utilizing FAR Part 13.5 Commercial Test Program procedures, as a small
business set-aside.
