The purpose of this notice is to provide a status update on the BioWatch SETA small business set-asidere-compete. Due to procurement-related issues causing several delays, the procurement is still in the evaluation stage. The contracting officer has addressed and resolved these issues and asks that all offerors extend their proposal validity date to February 28, 2013. Please submit an email to the Contract Specialist, Margaret Tse (margaret.tse@hq.dhs.gov) by Friday, December 7, 2012, indicating agreement to extend the validity of your company's proposal until February 28, 2013.
