ASVAB Improvement Support Services

Background
The Indiana Army National Guard is issuing solicitation W912L9-25-Q-9002 as a Request for Quote (RFQ) for ASVAB Improvement Support Services. This contract aims to enhance the recruitment process by providing support to applicants struggling with the ASVAB test, which is essential for enlistment in the military. The goal is to improve the overall quality of recruits by ensuring they meet the necessary testing standards.

Work Details
The contractor will provide two ASVAB Improvement Coordinators, one located in Lafayette, IN and one at Camp Atterbury, IN. Their tasks include:

1) Collaborating with recruiting teams to create individualized improvement plans for applicants;
2) Developing and implementing a customized curriculum;
3) Conducting weekly online study sessions;
4) Testing applicants periodically to track progress;
5) Reporting weekly on applicant progress to the Government ASVAB Improvement Program Lead;
6) Creating a repository of self-study materials;
7) Assisting in teaching quarterly in-person training courses;
8) Conducting initial assessments within five days of enrollment;
9) Submitting weekly performance tracking reports and monthly summaries of student progress; and
10) Conducting comprehensive quarterly reviews of program effectiveness.

Ideal candidates should have at least five years of teaching experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and excellent organizational and communication skills.

The contract will be performed at two locations: Lafayette, IN and Camp Atterbury, IN.
