Army - Letterkenny Army Depot IT Support Services - MRAS

The General Services Administration (GSA), on behalf of the U.S. Army, is conducting market research for a contract aimed at providing comprehensive Information Technology (IT) support services at the Letterkenny Army Depot. The primary goal of this initiative is to ensure that the Directorate of Information Management (DOIM) at the depot can continue to offer robust IT services that are essential for its operational and production missions. This effort underscores the Army's commitment to maintaining high standards in IT service delivery, ensuring efficient and effective support for its operations.

The scope of work outlined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS) includes a wide range of IT support services. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, quality control, and other non-personal services required to deliver these services. Key areas of focus include Database Administration across platforms such as SharePoint, MS Access, Visual Basic, and Microsoft SQL Server; Earned Value Management (EVM) to objectively measure project performance; Logistical Moderation Program (LMP) Data and Development; Manufacturing Integration and Intelligence (MII) Development; Report Writing; and Service Desk Support.

Additionally, the contractor will be tasked with developing real-time analytical tools, dashboards, and applications that leverage data from the Logistical Moderation Program. This includes providing operational support to shop floor artisans as part of LEAD's production mission. A fully staffed Tier Two Help Desk will also be maintained to provide support for approximately 2400 users at the Government site. These efforts are crucial for ensuring that LEAD can continue its mission with minimal disruption.
