Army - Leadership Training - MRAS

The General Services Administration (GSA), on behalf of the United States Army, is conducting market research to support the 16th Sustainment Brigade (16SB) in enhancing leadership skills among its personnel. This initiative is part of a broader effort to improve interpersonal communication and team dynamics within the European Command (EUCOM) Theater Area of Operations. The contract aims to provide a comprehensive leadership seminar designed specifically for company and battalion-level command teams within the brigade.

The work requested involves delivering a two-day leadership seminar tailored to up to 100 participants. The contractor will conduct sessions across five concurrent classrooms at a designated location, focusing on boosting interpersonal skills and communication effectiveness among leaders. The seminar will include instructor-led workshops, personalized assessments, and post-training follow-up activities to ensure that participants can apply what they have learned effectively.

The training program will utilize a science-based tool employing color-based psychology to assess individual work preferences and interpersonal styles. Customized workshops will be provided to enhance collaboration, communication, and team dynamics. These interactive sessions will be led by qualified trainers who specialize in improving leadership communication and team cohesion. Participants will also receive structured follow-up support to help them implement the training concepts within their teams effectively.
