Air Force Civil Engineer Center (AFCEC)/COMX has a requirement for the acquisition of the Speed Decreaser Gear Assembly, P/N: HU40A374-5.

Speed Decreaser Gear Assembly - P/N: HU40A374-5; NSN: 3010-01-378-1889 (20 each)
-4 Single Reduction Floor Mounted Gearset, 15:1 Ratio, Left Hand Helix; Keyed Shafts with Sight Glass Assembled Toward Input End of Unit. Ductile Housing. Special Gear Bearing Carrier.
-Each item must be individually packaged and shipped in a wood crate.

The contractor shall furnish all required parts, equipment, material and labor to provide the following item in accordance with (IAW) all applicable codes, specifications, and industry/federal standards to Civil Engineer Maintenance Inspection Repair Team (CEMIRT) at Tyndall AFB, FL. This requirement is for the procurement of parts and equipment for the BAK-12 energy absorber repair, replacement, and fielding program on a global scale for the CEMIRT / AFCEC.
