Amendment 00002 - Pressure Washing Services - Maxwell AFB AL   2

Background
The 42nd Contracting Squadron at Maxwell AFB, AL, has a requirement to purchase pressure washing services as detailed in the Statement of Work (SOW).

This procurement is part of their mission to maintain a clean and welcoming environment for visitors and personnel at the LeMay Center. The contract is being solicited as a 100% small business set-aside.

Work Details
The contractor shall perform pressure washing services on the exterior walls and sidewalks of Buildings 1400, 1400A, and 1406 at Maxwell AFB. The services include:
1. Pressure washing the exterior surfaces to remove contaminants such as dirt, algae, mold, and insects that have accumulated due to exposure to environmental elements.
2. The contractor must provide all necessary materials and equipment required to complete the task.
3. Coordination with facility management is required upon arrival for service delivery.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is set for 60 days following contract award.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at 401 Chennault Cir., Bldg. 1406, Maxwell AFB, AL 36112.
