Aloha POS Systems   2

Background
The requirement is for the purchase of Aloha POS Systems in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) issued by the 341st Force Support Squadron at Malmstrom Air Force Base. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial service, and it constitutes the only solicitation. The procurement is being solicited with a total small business set-aside as a 'brand-name' requirement for the mandatory Aloha software.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide and configure 17 NCR Aloha Touch Dynamics Pulse Ultra All-In-One POS Terminals, each with an i3 Processor, Aloha Table Service Software, Software License, Bixolon 330 Thermal Receipt Printer, Standard Cash Drawer, Seven Power Stand-By Power Supply, Equinox Luxe 6200 Credit Card Chip Reader, and Equinox Luxe 6200 Stand. The terminals need to have the Aloha software and be able to interface with Crunchtime. The contractor shall program all 17 terminals with the same menu items not to exceed 80 items per terminal. Additionally, the contractor must provide 3 training sessions (4 hours per session) to ensure functionality.

Period of Performance
Delivery Date: 90 days after date of contract (ADC).
